I'll be posting about that in a little bit. I'll definitely have to keep an eye out for some bread machine books. I wonder if it changes the outcome if you leave out the milk flakes when the recipe calls for them? I can't imagine that it would, but what do I know?! I'm so happy you finally busted yours out. We're hooked on homemade bread. It's so tasty... and easy. :) I think we'll try that oat loaf next. It looks good. We've only used the dry milk flakes in 1 recipe so far. There are definitely lots of recipes out there that don't use them. Next time you're at the library go look through the cookbook section.
