Rachel’s favorite vegan recipe is the chickpea cutlets recipe from Veganomicon with mushroom gravy and roasted potatoes and vegetables. While I don’t own this book, I have borrowed it from the library a few times and I have to say that it doesn’t disappoint.  Lots and lots and lots of recipes.  And I have made these cutlets before, but I must have done something wrong.  I’m due to give it another try.

Masja recommends this “Love Potion” lasagna recipe, which sounds delicious! I never would have thought to add tahini and miso to lasagna, but it really sounds interesting. I’ll have to give this recipe a try sometime.
